Welcome to Silver Falls University, where the elites comes to thrive.

Before the fanart begins, it’s time to meet the Lolaverse.

From Stoneview to Rose’s Duet, Silver Falls University, North Shore, and Thieves in Law, we put together a reading guide to help you explore Lola King’s universe and get to know the characters who might inspire your next creation.

From February 8th to February 14th, we’ll be celebrating Silver Falls University!

Whether your favorites are Chris and Ella, Wren and Peach, Achilles and Nyx, this is your chance to bring them to life in your own way. All kinds of fanart are welcome.

So consider this your homework before classes begin!!!

Read the books. Meet the characters. Pick your favorites. Get inspired.

And tell us: who are you most excited to create fanart for?

Murders, love, lies…. and a treacherous secret society.
Classes start February 8.

‘I’ve always noticed. The way her pale eyes blink repeatedly when she’s processing something.

When I manage to get her out of her own head, she giggles so beautifully and carelessly.

And when someone says something she dislikes but she doesn’t want to contradict them, she scrunches nose in the cutest way imaginable.’

“Not wanting her to wiggle and fall out of my arms while I go up the stairs, I hold her tighter as I walk up each step.
“Which one is your—” I stop as I spot a door with a dancer painted on it. It’s beautiful, almost abstract, yet you can easily recognize the shape of a ballerina.“

“Peach’s red hair is in a long ponytail today, the sun reflecting in it. She’s a powerful woman. So tiny yet so damn powerful. She takes shit from no one.”

“He’s covered in dirt. His white shirt brown and gray from soil, his hair completely disheveled. He looks unwell, pale, with cracked, dehydrated lips. Like he came back from the dead. Quite literally.
But he’s glorious, mighty…alive.”

We wanted to commission this art of Chris as a fallen angel after he had crawled out of the grave, signifying him getting his freedom, and being able to live a safe and happy life with his partner Ella.

We wanted to bring awareness to the topic of Domestic Violence, something Lola did by writing the character of Christopher Murray.

In Canada, 80% of victims do not report abuse due to shame and stigma around it. If you are ever experiencing Domestic Abuse, please know you are not alone.

“Peach, my fiery little thing, is stubborn. She’s an unbeatable force in a tiny body with a peachy ass that earned her said nickname. And if someone even thinks a little too hard about ordering her around…let’s say I’ve seen her punch men twice her size. And every time, there’s a glint of excitement in her green eyes. She gets a kick out of putting men in their place. ”

Tilting his head to the side, he observes me playing with her. “You know what. I already have one unbearable woman in my life. I’m not sure another one would be good for my sanity.” “No one cares about your sanity.” I scratch Little Sausage’s head, and when she licks my face, I laugh so hard, a squeal escapes me.

“I know the real Ella. The empathetic girl, who cares about the people around her. The one who has feelings and doesn’t care whether her reputation is intact or not. My Ella is so beautiful inside and out it radiates on the rainiest days.”

Peach? She eats them alive.”
