Our little coffee bar is finally starting to look like Simba Bru. ☕️

Sorry we’ve kept you waiting. We know it’s taken a little longer than planned.

Our hand-painted window sign is going up, and that means opening day is getting closer.

Not long now, Uxbridge.

Next month marks four years since we opened.

As the business has grown, so has my role. These days I’m roasting, managing stock, keeping on top of accounts, building the online store, and looking after our marketing. It’s all part of growing a business, and I’m grateful for it.

But I’ve realised the thing I miss most is being behind the bar. Making coffee, chatting with our customers, and being part of those small moments that made me fall in love with what I do.

My goal over the next few years is simple: build the business in a way that lets me spend more time where I belong. Behind the machine, making coffee :)
