I don't tend to have my coffee decaf.

And if you're hating, your palate is at a loss, perhaps due to snobbery and arrogance, because you think you're too cool.

I do occasionally, often enough actually, crave a coffee in the late evening. So decaf is a great solution.

Just like many who can't understand the taste of coffee because they haven't had a good coffee, you probably haven't had a good decaf. And if you can't understand either, coffee just isn't for you. Sorry.

And unlike those who drink coffee to infuse their blood with caffeine (which is fine habibi), I drink it for the taste, enjoyment and vibe (doesn't make me better, just slightly cooler).

El Buho, Decaf
Colombia 🇨🇴

Taste (reviewing the notes on the packaging):
• Honey - somewhat, maybe it's like, honey where's the honey. Sometimes I'm not sure how honey can be profiled in coffee, as honey is mainly sweet, and it's other profiles are simply earthy or floral tones, so I would just use those to describe it, like cedar, oak, jasmine, rose etc. Despite that, I do get a sense of a dark smoky honey, mixed with a light cedar one.
• Toasted nuts - more like toasted bread, like from a toaster, a smoky, tanned toast, like a cosy one in the morning, in a nice way
• Mandarin - I feel maybe more like the language rather than the fruit - it does have a slightly layered complex vibe

Overall a light but slightly nutty and smoky Columbian vibe.

Would I buy again: this is my fourth bag
