The song captures the mood of the weekend’s trip beautifully
Sand, moonlight, glowing water, and people who were actually present 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽
Nobody checked their phone. We could all use more nights like this and perhaps learn to love again 🩵

some afternoons ask for nothing more than slowness. 🌿

twig × asana wellness came together for a quiet, intimate gathering of grandmothers and their grandchildren.

little ones played freely while generations bonded side by side. then came yoga, a gentle pause to breathe and come back to centre. as the light softened, we closed with tea and a story written especially for this afternoon, about grandmothers and the small, precious things they pass on to the children they love.

no rush. no noise. just presence, connection and the kind of community we hope to keep growing at twig. 🤍

thank you @asanawellness.pk @simbatheyogi for holding this space with us, and to every nani, dadi and little one who joined.
