My heart ache and happiness poured into a form you can carry with you. Sounds I found through records I own. Memories pulled from neighborhoods in my childhood.

This album is for Newburg, Shively, Okolona, PRP, Highview, Old Louisville, and everywhere that I grew up. That needs more attention than they are receiving. More love.

I’m still dedicated to erasing food deserts, building bridges between the unknown, allowing folks around me to blend reality with their spiritual experiences, all while enjoying the fruits of my labor.

The second installment in the self titled series after Nate titled ‘Nathan’. ‘Nathan’ the album is not only speaking through instruments I played but sampled and composed as well. Through an insanely tedious yet freeing process.

This is not Lo-Fi music, I repeat, this is not Lo-Fi music

So do not listen to this album passively or in the background.

It is an active listening album. All attention and cognition needs to be present.

This is your chance to learn about me and the world through my lens.

Simply put. Thank you. These releases are lessons for me and everyone around me. It’s a community effort. My sounds are dictated from my inner childhood and my continued search to understand the world around me. I know nothing. And that’s what I think every time I approach creation. Subtly. My thoughts my spirit my being. All thank you. As always. More music to share. More spirits to lift. More art to deliver. Promise you’ll find solace in these moments.

“Are you still messing with music?” “I don’t see a rapper over these” “I’m glad I can record with you and never release it” “send me a some stuff and I’ll let you know if I like anything!” “I wouldn’t charge that much for beats, we aren’t established like that” “Idk man, I like my snares to hit different. Sounds cool though” “did you actually play all of this?” “These records are the reasons for the soul”

A myriad of weapons formed to go against my wave of purpose and none has passed. I continue to prosper due to my own will and determination. I’m very giving and I show love through these sounds.

I will continue to listen to myself instinctively. Continue to create what I feel. When I feel it.

My soul has been fulfilled with every release. Whether the music is with another artist sharing their space in reality with me. Allowing us to share audiences and moments. Or my own music releases. That moment of creating the song, album art, concepts behind each moment.

It has been fun. With all the work. Misguided emotions, seeking determination, fumbling mistakes, imposter syndrome, reminders that I’m fucking amazing, folks saying they like my music. It all comes down to living my truth.

So thank you for allowing me to live my truth. I’m a multifaceted being that is still learning to love.
