💙💛 So pleased to share the new identity and campaign from @wonderhood.design to help save Soho’s last primary school. 🏫 Soho Parish CofE Primary School has been facing a funding crisis since pupil numbers have dwindled post covid, so the last remaining school in Soho is at serious threat of closure. Many people were unaware there was even a school in Soho, so we were tasked with changing this and giving some love and pride back to the school. 🎨 The rebrand was led by workshops with the pupils where they shared what they loved most about the school and its unique location in Soho. This was then used to create a series of icons which would fill a silhouette of the schools building to create the new logo, and includes a custom logo generator, where every pupil can create a personlised version of the logo that is unique to them. The rebrand features across new signage, wayfinding, stationery, and OOH campaign in London’s Leicester square. 📈 The best bit is that early results show that first place applications are up by 57%, open day visits increase by 55% and a 14% growth in pupil numbers within a year. @sohoparishschool #TheresOnlyOneSohoSchool @wonderhood.design Lead Designer @kat.swozniak Designers @generalpublicy @saskiavokes Logo Generator @wearetestbed Motion @expimg by @simon.elvins

New work for the V&A. A dream client for us at Wonderhood Design, the type of client that we aspired to work with when we set up over a year ago. The new identity for the V&A’s Employer Brand is aimed to attract and retain the brilliant and diverse workforce - something that makes the V&A so unique. A key part of the new identity was to create a bespoke design and motion tool, putting the identity in the hands of the V&A team and empowering them to create their own assets in way that was simple but playful to use, but also with the intention of building in some longevity to the new brand. We also had the pleasure to work with the brilliant @jessicaelizaross at @attrayler.co capturing some wonderfully candid photography of the V&A staff across a myriad of different specialisms and behind the scenes spaces. Sacred Grounds is the first work to come from the Neighbourly Fund, an annual pro-bono initiative by Wonderhood Design focused on supporting local Soho businesses.   The new identity celebrates the church’s location in the heart of Soho and its inclusive part of the local LGBTQIA+ community.
