Founders often confuse hustle to simply mean get busy.

The problem is getting busier by itself isn't enough.

If you spend your 60-70hr week working like crazy on the wrong shit, or in the wrong order, you end up just spinning your wheels wondering why the heck you're not moving forward.

And AI can amplify this miss step even more, leaving you thinking you should be running even faster in that wrong direction.

To hustle, actually means get focused on what actually moves the needle, often the very things you put off cause the thought of doing them seems painful.

To break through, you don't need to attack your rock from a hundred different angles, you need to consistently hit it, in the same spot, 5, 10, 50, maybe 100 times.

Don't try to get busy. Just focus. Do the reps And then wonder why you didn't start doing that sooner. ;) by @simonoglv
