Stage shots from showday are here, here are your top 3 in Classic B😄

Would love to do a recap of the prep but there’s too much to talk about on here, so I made a video on YouTube with all my posing videos, and a Vlog talking through my whole prep. Please go check it out if you’re interesting in seeing how it all went.

I placed 2nd in my Class, and the winner of my class won the overall, out of 24 competitors total. I’m extremely happy with how prep went and my showing. I was 166.8lbs the day of my show and my weight cap is 202lbs, so I have plenty of room to grow.

Thank you to absolutely everyone that supported me along the way, it truly means the world to me and pushes me to work harder and do better.

I wanted to give a special thanks to everyone who helped me for my competition, especially my coach ross who prepped me. We’ve been working together for a year and Ross has been an excellent coach and mentor. I can’t thank him enough. Together all the people below helped me to get a 2nd place finish last weekend. Thank you all 😄❤️

This is around 5 months of off season progress

January 9th 2025 (left)
June 18th 2025 (right)

Bodybuilding isn’t always super drastic or pretty changes overnight, it’s almost always this: long off seasons and stuffing your face with a ton of chicken and rice for months on end while not necessarily looking “aesthetic”

Since January I’ve gained around 11lbs, put on tissue exactly where the judges from my last competition said I needed it, and have stayed relatively lean in the process, which was exactly the goal

This is what a good offseason looks like ✅

Continuing on this track until I think I have put on enough tissue to win an amateur show🏆

Almost 7 weeks post show, filling back out again.

Trying to stay as lean as possible while putting on some muscle. Hovering around 190lbs, holding most of my weight on my face

New training program and focusing big time on lacking body parts to make the rebound as optimal as possible. Very happy to be back in the offseason 😃
