🫣☔️Palm Beach Gardens got more than 15 inches of rain in about 12 hours last night. The city says that’s beyond a 1-in-100-year storm and close to a 1-in-200-year event. Add king tides on top of that, and some streets in PGA National had 12 to 15 inches of standing water. We watched this sedan try to drive on the sidewalk to make it out of the neighborhood 🤦‍♀️

Most schools are closed tomorrow and many businesses will be too. With another 1 to 3 inches of rain possible, please stay home if you can.

Sending prayers to everyone affected. If you need anything, we are here for our neighbors. 💙

Spotted these clouds rolling in over Juno Beach so Corbett sent his drone up.

This timelapse is unreal. 👀

@mr.weags_weatherman — what kind of clouds are these?!

Buying a home in North Palm Beach isn’t about waiting for the “perfect” market.

The headlines may make it seem like everyone is sitting on the sidelines, but that’s not what I’m seeing here in South Florida.

Life keeps moving, and so do our clients.
Maybe you’ve outgrown your current home. Maybe you’re ready for more space, a different neighborhood, or a lifestyle closer to the water. Or maybe you found the one you can’t stop thinking about.

Whatever the reason, your real estate decisions shouldn’t be based on headlines.

They should be based on your numbers, your goals, your timeline, and what makes sense for your life.

There may never be a “perfect” market, but there can absolutely be a right time for you.

Thinking about buying or selling in North Palm Beach or the surrounding Palm Beaches? Send a DM. We would love to help you understand your options and make your next move with confidence. 🔑

📍Jupiter Inlet Update — High Tide vs. Low Tide | 8/13/26

What a difference a few hours makes! The first shots were taken around high tide, and the second at low tide. You can really see the brackish water from the Loxahatchee River flowing out through the Jupiter Inlet and meeting the ocean. Pretty cool to watch it all come together from above!

And then there’s that sandbar… 👀

Is it here to stay? With how much the inlet has changed, it definitely raises some concerns for boater safety, especially for anyone unfamiliar with the shifting depths and channels.

Local boaters — what are you seeing out there? Do you think this sandbar is sticking around?

🌊 Happy World Ocean Day! 🌊

Phil Foster Park’s Snorkel Trail. 🐠🐙 The trail’s artificial reef structures have become home to countless species, including juvenile fish, octopuses, seahorses, crabs, rays, and other small ocean creatures that depend on healthy coastal habitats to survive.

We’re so lucky to have a place like this just minutes from home—and did we mention it’s FREE? 🙌

A few tips if you plan to visit:
☀️ Arrive early for the best chance at parking.
🌊 Time your snorkel or dive for just before high tide when visibility is usually at its best and currents are typically gentler.
🐚 Remember to look, don’t touch, and help protect the amazing animals that call this reef home.

🧼 We treat every listing like it’s our own home.

Most people might overlook fingerprints on a door, scuffs on a wall, or the little things that seem insignificant. As your agent, I don’t. My job is to minimize distractions and make sure buyers see your home at its absolute best.

Because the details matter. ✨

And if my attention to detail (and maybe a little OCD 😂) helps your home shine, even better.

When the little things are done right, they make the biggest difference 👏

This home had been listed for 394 days with no success, after just 1 day on the market with us, we received the highest offer the sellers had received. That’s how it’s done. We treat every listing as if it were our own home, taking pride in every detail.

A few strategic updates: fresh photos, touch-up paint, decluttering, minor repairs, and a deep clean, led to a result the sellers couldn’t be happier with.

Thinking about selling? Let’s talk about the small tweaks that can make a big impact for your home too 🏡 Your home is often your biggest asset, don’t risk leaving money on the table by hiring the wrong agent.

Hi, we’re @simonteamflorida , your go-to North Palm Beach listing experts. We help sellers prep, price, and position their homes to stand out in this market.
