Feelings of gratitude today! It was a beautiful day to pick up a seven year key tag today. Seven years ago I was exhausted and couldn’t continue on living the way I was. Grateful to have had experience in recovery in years past and knew exactly where I needed to be. Not all days are easy, but I am honoured to be standing where I am today with the connections I have in my life and the beautiful skies above and this powerful Earth beneath me. So long 30s! It’s been a wild ride! What a crazy decade it has been… Looking back through so many pictures. This is just a tiny glimpse in time. A lot of ups and down. A lot of laughter a lot of tears. So many connections with so many beautiful people… I’m so grateful for everyone who has been a part of my journey so far. And can’t wait to see you who will join me in this next chapter of my life. Thank you to everyone who held me up and pushed me through some pretty interesting times. Navigating the battle of substance abuse, and returning to recovery, travel experience, new friendships, a pandemic, wars, awakenings, changes in career, education, connections with community, self, soul, connection, family, and lots and lots of food and so much more! So grateful for all the little things in my life today!

October-December 2025

A lot of time outside this fall .. lovely market times and Some incredible skies ✨🥹 Started CrossFit .. trying something new .. Good eats and some fresh new haircuts and probably the most beautiful thing all year … Heated Rivalry 🥵 thank you and you’re welcome ! Oh how I just love sports 🤗 .. 2026 going to learn how to play hockey .. or get a job at a juice bar .. iykyk 🫠🥰✨

September 2025 🍂🏕️

Camping was such a highlight.. friends, fun, laughs, good food .. such wonderful time getting grounded and connected with nature.. beautiful skies. And while my friend ran an ultra through the forest I did indeed bath in the sun and so nudy time in the lakes !

Aug 2025

This was such a special and busy month ! I celebrated 6years in recovery for drugs and alcohol, helped my good Judy’s move and settle into their new chapter of life, reconnected with beautiful and silly friends , did the hair for a loving soul on their special day. (While furring a moon) and connect with the earth’s wonders 🥹

There were so many beautiful moments of connection and emotional warmth in this month ! I will always be so grateful for you all !

May-June 2025

Omg so much fun !! first off Skiiiiees ! 🥰
Trying new things ,new activities connecting with more community .. pushing outside my comfort. Silliness at the markets, gardening fun, facials with friends , festivals, yoga in lavender fields.

But a big part of this post was the incredible strength of my two friends in particular.. got to be a support for tow of the most loving friends I’ve ever had !! 🥹 Emma who complete her first 100km run 😵‍💫🤯 her spirit and determination is just so inspiring! And Fil the next morning ran his first half marathon in an incredible time !! Just incredible!!

Mar-April 2025

Birthday month ! Entering my last year of my 30s 😵‍💫.. but a beautiful month filled with fun adventures with family 🥰, gorgeous skies full of magic and wonder , education/hair fun!! Friends ,laughter , dancy dances with beautiful people (grateful for my gays 🌈🫂) just wanted the loving support from them xo silliness in the forests and sooooonvety much enjoying taking pics of the skies ☺️✨🫂😘

Oh hey there ! 🫣

Yes it’s Ai .. yes I’m late to the party.. yes that’s okay !

Going to post a few pics from the year that’s behind us !! Seeing as though my last post was about a year ago.. seems fitting I jam a years worth of pics and glimpses into my year in two days before Jan 1!! let’s see if I can do a few more in the year to come and maybe in real time lol we shall have to see 🤭🤷🏻‍♂️

Thank you to all those who I have crossed paths with this last year .. friends ,family, passing strangers .. you are forever in my heart ! Clouds 2024 xo✨☁️

Another one of my loves this year was the sky ! Clouds and all its beauty!! Sometimes in the chaos of life nature can be such a powerful way to bring me back to my centre and gives me a chance to catch my breath. It’s a beacon for me when I’m on a path and look up and see a song of acknowledgment of what’s in my heart and mind. It’s a beautiful way of connecting to Mother Nature and know that something so beautiful is watching over me. I love to take a deep breath and send love to the wind that surrounds me .. the smells in the air.. the ground beneath me.. who is in my heart .. the thoughts in my head and the feelings in my soul ! Mmmmm so good ! 🤍✨☁️

Food 2024 🥰

Just a little glimpse into my love for the foods I made and enjoyed this year. Thank you to all my lovely incredibly hardworking friends who with all their knowledge dedication and love for their craft of creating beautiful and inspiring foods. It’s one of the things that bring me the most joy is food and creating art that tastes great !! I am just so grateful to have these local people that inspire me to be equally excited to explore what’s in our back yards !! 🥹 Thanks for making my year so bright ,flavourful and delicious.
