Run Club is up to 4 min run, 90 second walk x 5.

Some members are listening to their body and sticking to shorter run intervals, some are picking up intensity on the 4 min runs.

The group caters to all levels, and no one is left behind!

Multiple members noted this week that “wow, I remember when 2 mins felt hard and I just did 4!”.

The power of consistency, progressive loading, and following a program!

🌑✨ BIG things happen in New Moon energy ✨🌑

‘The New Moon symbolizes fresh starts, new beginnings, and the potential for growth and transformation—exactly what I’m excited to share with you.’

Monarch Momentum began in March 2022, fuelled by the desires of amazing women from Monarch Business Academy who wanted more: more support, more coaching, more accountability, and a deeper connection on their entrepreneurial journey. What started as a haven for women in business has evolved into something magical, characterized by profound connections and transformational growth🦋

However, something has never felt right. That feeling grew louder in 2023 when my husband Kiel, started working for the company, more when my son was hired this past summer, and even more after conversations with my brother-in-law. These three amazing, heart-centred humans, some of my biggest supporters, couldn’t be fully included in the very community I created to uplift others.

I know why I started a community for women in business, and I’m proud of that foundation. There is still important work to do, and our voices as women need to be heard, seen, valued and witnessed. But creating change requires community—and community isn’t about excluding those who support and stand beside.

That’s why I’ve decided to make a bold and aligned transformation...

My mission has always been to support good humans doing good work in this world. To build a safe and inclusive space filled with diverse perspectives and experiences, where we uplift and inspire one another. Quebec Mega Trail 2024 ✅

Wow where to even begin! This was one of the most fun and most challenging things I’ve ever attempted. A morning full of rain made very challenging conditions from the start. I was racing against time caps at every aid station, and unfortunately got time capped at 80km. My pacers (@filipowcz and @stefanpaciocco) and I still decided to finish the final climbs - hard reality to hit a time cap with more in the tank.

This was my first attempt at this distance with a year of training. I learned so much, and I will be back to conquer it (with hopefully less wet / muddy conditions)

I am grateful for the km’s spent alone to really get to know myself, grateful for the blisters and the sore legs to grow to this new demand and adaption, and proud of myself for giving it all I had.

Thank you again to my incredible support crew, and all my friends that showed up at 2am to create my own finish line for me.

Total distance covered: roughly 90km
Total elevation climbed: roughly 4100m

I am thrilled to share some wonderful news with you all – I am expecting a new addition to my family! As a result, my last working day before maternity leave will be July 13th.
