Hi, I’m Sam — welcome to my kitchen 🖤

I’m a wife, mom of two, and dog mom who spent years trying to lose those last stubborn 10–15 pounds after having my babies.

Cutting out my favorite foods never worked for me. I needed a way to keep the meals I loved — just make them smarter.

So I got to work.

Over the past year, I’ve been developing high-protein, lower-calorie comfort food recipes that actually satisfy — and finally helped me lose the weight without giving up the meals me and family love.

Now I share everything I make right here.

If you’re someone who wants:
✨ High protein recipes
✨ Weight loss without restriction
✨ Real food
✨ Family-friendly meals

You’re in the right place.

Follow along and let’s make comfort food work for us — not against us 🖤 by @simplerecipesbysam
