After 20 hours of labor & throwing us every curveball he could manage - Henry Harrison joined us earth-side last night around 7PM 🌎🧸

We are over the moon & so in love with him 🌙

Words can’t express how grateful I am to the team @treeoflifefbc & @womancarein for the incredible care & support they provided us. The midwives & staff saw me through my vision of a natural birth plan from start to finish, when at moments, it felt absolutely impossible.

Couldn’t have done it without @chrise1203 holding my hand through every phase & my momma @jyuse pep talking me through the most challenging moments.

Now excuse us, while we float in our happy newborn bubble & soak up every moment as a new family of 3 ☺️ taken in Tree of Life Family Birth Center by @simply_sav_

5 YEARS IN SHRED LAND CAN YOU EVEN BELIEVE!!!!

23 year old me would be so proud of this journey.

@kathleen_415 took a chance on me + 5 years later, I’m still loving every second. @shred415louisville has continually pushed me to better myself + to trust that I am capable.

I am so ridiculously grateful for the people, the sweat & the beat drops that give me chills every time!!!
