We came. We Shredded. We had a BLAST. But most of all, we got to spend time together 🧡 We are so grateful for a community that knows the best workouts don’t always end when class does. 😉

WHAT. A. MORNING. 🤩🎉🥵❤️

CLASS #300. 🥳☠️💪🏼

And I got to celebrate it alongside @meg_mortenson hitting her #200?! 🥹❤️

@simply_sav_ absolutely KILLED it on the 🎤☠️🔥

It’s honestly hard to put into words how much I LOVE @shred415louisville. ❤️ What started with @manzy502 basically forcing me to try it while I repeatedly said, “Manz, I’m NOT a runner!” 😝🤣 has turned into 300 classes, a whole lot of sweat, way too many burpees 😂, SO many laughs, and some pretty amazing friendships. 🥰

I came for the workout… stayed for the people. ❤️

300 classes later and I’m still having SO much fun. 🤗

Here’s to the next 100… because apparently I’ve officially become a runner now. 😂🏃🏼‍♀️

10/10 would recommend a Field Trip to @shred415indy! 🧡

A full day of learning, sweating, sharing ideas + talking all things Shred415. All with one goal: bringing even more back to our Louisville Shred community.

Huge thanks to Lead Instructor @vrae9 for two incredible workouts and dropping alllll the knowledge. We worked hard, learned a ton, and left feeling extra inspired about what we’re building here in Louisville. 💪

And of course, no field trip is complete without ☕️. Thanks @quillscoffee for keeping us caffeinated along the way!!

We may have even brought a few surprises back for you… 😉👀

Meet Sav ✨ In our latest episode of the Women in Fitness series, I sat down with one of the most vibrant, inspiring forces in our local fitness community.

If you’ve ever taken her yoga class @502poweryoga & @heart.thread.collective then you know her sequences are pure creative magic. And if you’ve run or lifted with her at @shred415louisville you’ve experienced that undeniable, high-octane energy she brings to every single mic tap. But beyond the sweat and the movement, Sav is someone who loves fully and truly embodies what it means to build an inclusive, welcoming space for everyone who walks through the door.
