One year apart. 78kg to 65kg.
The hardest thing I’ve ever had to work for and the most rewarding.
No shortcuts. Just consistency, sweat, and a lot of showing up for myself, even on the hardest days.
This isn’t just a physical transformation. It’s mental, emotional, and deeply personal.
Proud of the strength I’ve built inside and out.
Still going. Still growing.

LETTER TO DADDY!

Joseph, if you were beside me right now, you’d smile first.
That quiet, proud smile.

Then you’d say,
“Mama di mama… you dey try.”

This year stretched me.
I’ve had to say things as they are.
I’ve had to let go.
I’ve had to grow without making noise about it.

But I didn’t lose my softness.
I didn’t lose my faith.
And I didn’t forget whose daughter I am.

I think you’d see that.

You’d probably tell me not to overthink.
To keep God first.
To trust that everything is aligning the way it should.

And I’d believe you.

Happy 27th to me 🤍

UYAELUMUO CHIAMAKA ROSEMOND GWEN.

A year older. A year softer. A year wiser.
Still becoming. Still glowing. Still chosen.

This year, I don’t just want more . I want alignment.
Alignment with God.
Alignment with purpose.
Alignment with the woman I’m growing into.

I’ve cried. I’ve healed. I’ve learned.
And somehow, I’m still here , dreaming bigger, loving deeper, building louder.

27 looks like confidence.
It looks like discipline.
It looks like peace I fought for.

Here’s to answered prayers, silent wins, bold risks, and the kind of love that feels safe and certain.

Happy Birthday to me. 🌹 by @simplyrose___
