There is a deep yearning right now for community. For safety, connection and a vision of peace.

Your sick of doing it alone, feeling like the odd one out, no one understands your depth, what you're moving through and that feminine urge to do it all alone and put on the "I'm fine, I'm a strong women" mask is just starting to feel too heavy.

It's Time to put down the mask, it's time for women to drop the act, I know you feel it too;

The urge to look into her eyes and finally feel seen

To feel her love as she embraces you after you've just shared something you've locked up for so long

To witness her, in her raw unfiltered emotion and know that you've got her

To finally drop the mask and surrender,in a room full of women who all feel comfortable enough to see you for who you truly are

The time for TRUE AUTHENTICITY is needed now more than ever!!! We are living in a world of AI and fake gurus

It's Time to build the village

To come back to relational living

To sit and be witnessed and be confident enough to truly BE YOU

You can and will only go to the depths of your being when you feel safe enough to do so.

When you signal your nervous system that it's finally ok to drop the mask.

🌹This is what my new programme will move you through, relational connection, full embodied identity and meeting the most divine part of you, coming into relation with your soul self. Who are you when you drop the masks, when you finally feel safe enough to be you!

We will move through the pain, blocks and the point of origin that created the armour you wear. We will, together, move through the fears you hold that prevent you from showing up in your full authentic body.

And we come back to the most purest, divine part of self. Our soul being.

🌀Wether you are the high functioning women who thinks shes already done all the work but struggles to connect with other women....
the mum who struggles to believe in yourself and your dreams because you don't believe your good enough...
Or the facilitator who has done the training but you have so much self doubt and still doubts your skills and abilities.

What a gift - we listened to the land, no fires, just the warmth we carried within. Nurturing Mama Earth and each other through the nourishment of connection and all of the beauty that comes from true inner listening & unity.

Appreciating and loving you lots @zak_avery @leyth.hampshire @remi_olajoyegbe & to all of the incredible Medicine team pouring their hearts, minds bodies and souls into this incredible offering.

& to my dearest love and my family, thank you for bringing all that you do in copious amounts of support and expression. So grateful to you all for gracing your gifts and authenticity on my set @ljthekool1 @_zackiel_ @aidanjohnwatson @elysian_roots - pure magic and wonder!! 💫
