☁️💜 Day 92/365 Postpartum

Dear Virtual Journal,

It’s Saturday, and I’m just sitting here thinking about how much life has changed lately. It’s been a little bit of everything, but hey, I made it through another week without turning my feelings into felonies, so that’s something. 😂👏🏼

But seriously, I’m SO excited for this new chapter! All the people I’m going to meet, the friendships I’ll make, the places I’ll get to see, and all the random adventures I’ll probably get myself into. 😂💜

I have no idea where this journey is taking me, but I’m actually okay with that. I’m just ready to enjoy the ride, make some memories, and see what life has in store.

Here’s to purple skies, soft landings, new beginnings, and a cozy little Saturday. ☕️✈️💜

Day 89 of 365 🤍

I haven’t felt quite like myself lately.

Between the 2 AM wake-ups, medications, doctor visits, four kids, three schools, work, my business, and dreams I’ve put on hold… somewhere in the chaos, I lost a little bit of me.

But here’s the beautiful contradiction…

This is the life I once prayed for. 🥹

A home full of love, a baby whose little smiles make the hardest days softer, a job I enjoy, a business I’m building, and people I’m endlessly grateful for.

I’m learning that gratitude and exhaustion can coexist. That I can love this life wholeheartedly and still need moments that belong to me.

Sometimes that means putting on my eight-inch heels and remembering the woman underneath all the hats I wear. 👠💃🏽

Camera angle was a little off tonight (can’t win them all 😂), but if there’s one thing I learned…

You can still be in touch, but out of reach.

Protecting your peace doesn’t mean loving anyone less. 🤍

To the moms who overthink everything, get overstimulated, stress over the smallest things, and constantly wonder if they’re doing enough… YOU ARE. 🥹💗

We spent ALL DAY looking for Mirabel. Her first meet and greet fell through, it was our last day at Disney, and I was honestly ready to give up.

But I put Shiloh in her dress anyway, bought her a Mirabel doll to keep a little magic alive, and hoped for the best.

Then I heard Mirabel might be across the park. When I tell you I RAN. 😂

And just like that… magic happened. ✨

Sometimes being a mom is exhausting because we carry so much that nobody sees. The planning, the worrying, the little disappointments we try to shield our babies from.

But moments like this remind me why we try so damn hard.

To the mama wondering if she’s doing enough: Your babies don’t need a perfect mom. They just need YOU. And you’re doing a better job than you think. 🫶🏼

Day 87 of 365 🤍🥂

Virtually posting a virtual diary entry in my virtual journal 📝

Some days life really has me questioning if I’ve actually grown as a person or if I’m just getting better at keeping my mouth shut. 😂

But seriously, I’m learning that not every disappointment deserves a reaction. Sometimes you just have to sit with your feelings, see things for what they are, and decide where your energy belongs.

I’m still learning how to protect my peace without becoming cold, love without losing myself, and accept that not everyone will show up the way I would.

And trust me, some days the old me is READY to clock in. 😂

But here’s to choosing growth, keeping a soft heart, and remembering that being kind doesn’t mean forgetting your worth. 🥂🤍

Some days we’re thriving, other days we’re surviving on caffeine, questionable decisions, and a whole lot of patience. 😂

I’m in my era of trying new things, making genuine friendships, enjoying life, and figuring myself out along the way. Do I have it all together? Absolutely not, but we’re having fun. 😂

Life’s too short not to enjoy it, and there’s enough room for all of us to win. 🫶🏼

Day 84 of 365 | Chapter 30s 🌷✨

Something about being in your 30s makes you realize how important it is to actually LIVE. 🥂

Make the memories, try something new, laugh a little louder, take the pictures, and be a friend a friend would like to have. 🫶🏼

I love being a mama, but I’m also learning that I can pour into my family without forgetting to pour into myself. Life is too short to spend it just going through the motions. 🤍

I’m learning to appreciate genuine friendships, good company, new experiences, and all the little moments that make life worth living.

Still growing, still figuring things out, and probably laughing at myself along the way. 😂💕

Day 81 of 365 Postpartum 🤍

Skincare will forever be one of my favorite forms of self-care. If I lived another life, I swear I would’ve been an esthetician from the start 😂 But in this lifetime, I’m following my medical dream and keeping skincare as a very close hobby.

Tonight’s little reset ✨

Anua Cleansing Oil — melts away sunscreen, makeup & buildup

Day 78 of 365 🤍

Thought I’d share my little corner of the world. 🌿

I started Liko Studios during COVID in 2020, when my kids were still so tiny. 🥹 What started as a creative outlet became my little escape from everyday life.

This shop has changed directions more times than I can count 😂 different products, different ideas, different seasons—and I’ve loved every version of it.

Six years later, I’m still just creating whatever makes me happy and letting Liko grow with me. 🤍
