😅Taking a new class can be intimidating, we know😅 Checkout Kris’s experience of taking the chance & trying out Tiani’s Art of Dance class 💕 What class were you slightly hesitant to start taking? “Art of Dance.” Why were you hesitant? “I had no previous “dance” background besides when I was a child. I knew that I would be completely out of my comfort zone. I was really worried I would get teased for messing up. I also take a little longer to pick up on choreography which made me nervous. With that said it was nerve-wracking to be in a class of experienced dancers. It took me a few classes to be comfortable in my own skin. Now I try to make this class part of my weekly routine :)” How was your first experience? “My first experience was so much fun! I had gone with a friend & I was instantly hooked. Tiani is pleasant & fun. She is so great & will break sown the choreo as much times as needed. It was really nice to be in a space of intention. I enjoyed being able to dance without having to worry about the stresses of life. It was very relaxing.” After taking it for a while how has it been? Has there been progress? “I started this class in March of 2024. It’s been about a year. There has been so much progress. I actually saw progress within the first 2-3 classes. I continue to see growth with each class . Excited to see where I’ll be a year from now.” Although Kris has had some dance experience fro a while ago she still needed a push! If you’re brand new or a bit seasoned don’t hesitate to try a new class & new instructor 💕 Read the descriptions, ask a Pole Bestie & go for it. You never know until you’ve tried it 🫶🏽 “Art of Dance” is every Wednesday evening taught by @tianichrishana & for all levels, even complete beginners! Register by going to our website > go to the “Drop in” tab > register! PS Happy Birthday Kris 🎂
