💕⚔️🎭 The third 6-hour day (of 3) for the @com_theatre production of “Shakespeare’s R&J,” by Joe Calarco, finalizing the intimacy and fights!

This play is about a group of boys, young prep school students, who are tired of their tedious school routines and decide to vary their very governed lives. After school, one breaks out a copy of William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, and they all take turns reading the play aloud. In doing so, they discover themselves.

All four actors challenge themselves, went all-in, and gave their 💯%. So honored to have worked with such a talented and dedicated cast!

Now playing November 5-22, 2026 at College of the Mainland in Texas City, TX.

🎭 Day 1 (of 3)!

After a 5 hour drive in the rain, made it to my Alma Mater for a 6-hour workshop and rehearsal. Happy to be back as Fight Director and Intimacy Director for the @com_theatre production of “Shakespeare’s R&J,” by Joe Calarco in Texas City, TX.

About the play: Four students at a strict, all-boys school find a hidden copy of Romeo and Juliet. They sneak out after curfew and, using nearly all of the original text, read and act out the forbidden story. Doing so changes how they see their own lives, rules, and feelings.

🎭 Happy Opening Night!

What a privilege it was to serve as the Assistant Director and Fight Director for the @uprighttheatreco production of Stephen King’s MISERY.

It was wonderful to collaborate with such a talented production team, witness our dedicated crew run things behind the scenes, and watch the actors grow in confidence and skill every day - right before my eyes!

Break a leg and… all the other things! ⚒️
