There’s just something about fall that reminds me it’s okay to start over.

It’s okay to focus on YOU.
It’s okay to find what makes you happy.
It’s okay to enjoy your favorite holiday sweets. 😂
And it’s okay to simply show up for yourself.

For the past two years, I’ve been fighting tooth and nail to convince myself: you’ve got food at home—and Joe, we diddddddd ittttt 😂

Did I still eat out? Of course. But on the weeks I made the time, I kept it simple—easy recipes, a few tweaks here and there, nothing complicated.

Most of what I cook is low sodium (or no added salt), lower sugar, protein-focused, and plant-based friendly.
