Every ritual begins with a story.

The mountains of Revelstoke.
A backyard cold plunge.
An athlete in recovery.
A family searching for strength.

From these moments, SISU Spa was born.

Our new documentary shares the journey behind the vision — how contrast therapy moved from nature into a sanctuary of resilience and renewal.

This is where our story begins.

Leah is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honours in 2025 in Ontario before making the move to beautiful BC. Leah believes that massage therapy is the most effective when treatments are tailored to the individual. She incorporates thorough assessments and personalized home-care recommendations into her treatments to better understand each client’s needs and supports their progress beyond the treatment room.
We could not be more excited to welcome Leah to the SISU family. #sisuspa #revelstoke #massage #wellness taken in Mackenzie Village by @sisuspatherapy
