What am I ready to let go of?

This is where we begin.

We often carry emotional baggage from one year into the next — resentment, disappointment, guilt, fear, expectations, painful memories, or feelings we never fully processed.

And carrying them takes energy.

Before we make space for new dreams, new goals, and a new chapter, we need to create space within ourselves.

Write down what you no longer want to carry with you into the new year.

The emotions you are holding onto.

The situations you keep replaying.

The expectations that no longer serve you.

The things you cannot change but are still fighting inside yourself.

Put them into words.

Acknowledge them.

And give yourself permission to let them go.

Girls, it’s time to reflect on the year that’s coming to an end. ✨

One of the most meaningful exercises in our planner is all about reflection, gratitude, and closure.

Take a moment to pause. Look back at the year you’ve lived. What did it give you? What did it teach you? What are you grateful for — to yourself, to the people around you, and to Hashem? What do you want to carry with you into the new year, and what are you ready to leave behind?

Because before we start making plans for a new year, it’s important to gently and intentionally close the previous chapter. 🤍
