Friends, we’re starting a new little tradition: Introducing Sunday Supper with Jess.

On select Sundays, we’re gathering around the table for a cozy, house-made dinner by our very own Jess Deyo. Limited to just 20 seats, a different seasonal menu each time, and plenty of good wine to go around.

First up, November 8, and Jess is making us…

Meatballs in red sauce over cheesy polenta, Caesar salad with lemony breadcrumbs, focaccia with salted whipped butter, and tiramisu for dessert. Yes, please.

Come hungry, open a bottle, and stay awhile.

Cab Frank is back to play and save the day. 🍇 A little Cab Franc update for Harvest 2026: The fruit is looking divine, juicy in all the right ways, and we’ve got some fun plans for it. A Côte-Rôtie-style co-ferment with Chenin Blanc, a carbonic, and of course, our signature appassimento.

And you best believe Frank is here to make sure things run smoothly. Or at least look good trying.

Our Harvest Tour & Tasting was one for the books.

We took a stroll through the vineyard with our new Winemaker, Phil, and talked all things Six Eighty and harvest.

Then we headed into the cellar and dug a little deeper into low-intervention winemaking philosophy, Phil’s journey through that world, and what he’s excited to explore here.

What a treat getting to talk wine with you all. Can’t wait to gather for more of these.

Friends, we are pleased to announce our new Winemaker, Phil Plummer!

Phil comes to Six Eighty with 18 years in wine and a longtime love for low-intervention winemaking, experimentation, and wines that are, in his words, “playful, thoughtful, and novel.”

He loves making co-ferments, skin-fermented whites, Pét-Nats ~ so he’s kinda already speaking our language.

And a little fun fact: Phil’s parents were Six Eighty wine club members before he ever worked here. We think that’s pretty neat and he’s basically already part of the family.

Welcome, Phil. We’re so happy to have you!
