Right all you football lovers. I need football and more football. What's the best way to watch from home? - Premier Sports isn't cutting it.. I only get 2 Copa Brasil matches all week Vamos Grêmios. I love La Liga & Spanish Primera but I can watch this in other ways. I ideally want women's league games too.

This girl needs to feel like she's back in Brasil, & quite literally keep my eye on all the balls. I might have a nosy into UEFACL & FA again but I'm not settling on anyone yet. Its been a long ass time since I watched English league football but I'm open minded... 😁

I lived next to St. James Park for 2 years when I was at uni & could hear all the games from my bedroom but never went to be part of The Toon Army 😆 Kinda wished I had.

I nearly got crushed going to watch a game in the Arena Castelão, I tell you live football in Brasil is not for the faint-hearted. We are all the way in when it comes to football.

Also who, how, where can I get Bangor FC tickets?? I wanna take my girls 😁

Finally if you are a geek like me & love a book. I highly recommend "More than a shirt" by Joey D' Urso.

Finally written out the 41 Books for this year's 12 published book reviews in a year and I can say there's a real mix of classics, memoir, fiction and non-fiction from authors all over the world. So thank you so much for your contributions.

My intention is to do a live draw to select the 12, (& get some mastery over running lives for updates over the next 12 months) but I can't promise I'll figure out the technology. If I do it will most likely be a comical representation of what not to do. Feel free to join me, or watch the playback 😘

What can I say, I'm a writer, dancer & musician & there isn't a functioning tech-savvy cell in my body, so 🤞🏾we'll get there!

Eek we are in February and I have 30 juicy titles to choose from for Publication Reviews this year 👀

You guys did not disappoint with your suggestions. Thanks so much for all your contributions - I truly appreciate you, you have shared some absolute corkers.

If you have had the unfortunate experience of meeting me in a bookshop or even Tesco's where the 2nd hand bookshelves are 🤦🏾‍♀️🤐 you would know to bring a picnic, we're going to be there for some time 🤣

This method, of seeking recommendations, was a huge time saver for me, there's no way I could have chosen 12. I have well over 300 recent titles (and adding) that I want to read and not one of these contenders is from that list, so you've all collectively added 30 more 🤣

I cannot wait to get stuck in!!

I'll be doing a blind draw for the final 12 either here or over on my Sj Ross Writes page which I haven't been present on for an absolute age 🤦🏾‍♀️ ..too busy reading, writing, dancing or parenting 🤣

Hi folks

Aside from all the dancing training I'm doing, I'm looking for a gym that will support me to build muscle strength & endurance. I have all the cardio I need from dance & soon I'll have the space to train from home in a mini studio but until then I'm contemplating a gym that offers weights (free and machines) and resistance work what are your recommendations? My budget is very limited.. 😁

I'm under no illusions I'll be getting back to this late 20's version of myself but I know my body is capable of significant change and I'm focused on honouring my body and supporting it's capacity to keep dancing, despite the challenges & limitations of Multiple Sclerosis, Hashimitos and a peri-menopausal decline.

Por favor me-ajudar.
I'm quite time limited with all I'm doing but if there is somewhere reasonably priced then I'm all in.

If you could only read 12 books for the rest of your life what would you choose???

I cannot go into places with books without leaving with at least one or more, so choosing 12 is impossible, but I need to choose so please help 🤦🏾‍♀️😁

In 4 months of temporary accommodation I've likely accumulated enough for another bookshelf 🤦🏾‍♀️ Oopsy!

Learning a lot about my knee health or in my case the poor health and strength of my wee right knee. I thought meniscus tears happened suddenly, I didn't realise they can happen from repetitive overuse and inadequate rest 😔

Lesson learned...

With hyper-mobiloty, a high pain threshold and learned tolerance to push through pain. It's sometimes hard to understand which pain is the right pain to push through and pain that should tell me to stop.

The body remembers everything, including an emergency C-sect without adequate pain relief and a body that handles daily neuropathic and referred pain from MS. So I'm having to re-learn how to respond to physical pain, especially with all the additional challenges of aging and dancing with the frequency that I am, and seeking to do even more next year 😁

Gutted to be missing out on Sin Fin this year but if balancing rest, recovery, strengthening, a bit of training & the odd dance here or there is what it takes and it keeps me moving, I'll take it!
In case you are interested this is what meniscus tears look like.

The knee is one helluva cool joint and I'm super grateful to have both of mine.
