I don’t even know where to start. I can’t believe it’s been 10 years since you went to be with God. Dad, I love you so much and I will never stop loving you. Even though I would love to have you on this earth with me, I am so thankful that God took you out of your suffering and now you get to live an eternal life of painless and peaceful happiness in heaven. I also thank God for all the blessings and relationships he has given me and my family like my stepdad Russell, who came into my family’s life knowing it wouldn’t be easy filling the father role, but still did it perfectly showing me and my brother unconditional love while also raising us into the people we are today. He loves and cares for my mom with everything he has and I literally couldn’t imagine life without him. I love and thank my mom so much for raising me and my brother for 5 years by herself after tragically losing her husband. I know for a fact it’s not easy being a single mom but she remained strong for us when she could’ve easily given up and that is why she is, and always will be, my superhero. I still miss and think about my Dad every day and whether it be the countless tears shed or the jokes I make that no one else finds funny (coping method) I am never going to forget him. It does hurt knowing he is gone forever and I know that pain is never going to leave, but I also know that God does everything for a reason. And while his death did bring a lot of pain and tears, it also brought so many blessings and new relationships, as I mentioned, that have changed my life for the better. satan tried to use this tragedy to push me away from the Lord and be mad at Him and it worked for a while, but God eventually helped me understand why He did it and now my relationship with Him is stronger than it’s ever been. I just ask everyone that is reading this to remain faithful and try and see the positive in every situation because there always is. And if you don’t have an intimate relationship with Jesus, I strongly suggest you get one because I can promise you He will always be there for you! I love you so much Dad and I can’t wait to see you again in heaven one day💜 by @skeetfugate

FALLS CREEK ‘24‼️‼️

It is honestly the closest thing to heaven that I will ever get to experience on this Earth. To be surrounded by friends that want to grow their relationship with the Lord is so amazing! I just pray that you take a second to stop scrolling and read this!!

This year I got to be on the decision team. When students would come down for invitation I was one of the people that was there, ready to pray for and over them and help walk them through the steps of salvation. It was so surreal to watch the Lord work through these kids and I am beyond blessed that I was given the privilege to be a vessel for Jesus Christ. The amount of growth that I have personally endured this week and witnessed throughout my friends is just a testimony to how truly amazing our God is. He is so merciful, graceful, and faithful and He is always waiting with open arms for you to just accept him.

I just encourage everybody that didn’t get to experience this holy week to get uncomfortable in your faith. If you don’t, there is no room for growth. We live in a world where all we want is comfort because that’s what’s “normal”. However the only way to grow your relationship with God is to allow him to use you 100% even if that means you have to do something that you don’t want to.

None of us our perfect and we all make mistakes but the good news is God knows that and is willing to forgive us every time. So please run into his arms because I want to celebrate in Heaven with all of you one day!! taken in Falls Creek, OK by @skeetfugate
