In honor of #mentalhealthawareness and in full transparency, I’ve had to work on pulling myself out of some funks, being kinder to myself and appreciating my neurodiverse quirks that make me me 🫶. I’m grateful to the resources that continue to help me grow and my goal is to advocate for equal resource access for all! I’m not perfect, none of us are, but I’m continuing to practice. When I show myself more grace and when I don’t hide, it allows me to show up for those I love and many others. Do I always get it right? Of course not, but hey that’s why practicing and learning from things help 😉.Other takeaways from this are that it’s absolutely okay to not always feel the best all the time, to not have all the answers and to ask for help when you need it! Always remember that you’re always awesome as your true unique self and have amazing gifts that the world needs! 💚☺️💚 by @skichellemakesmagic

@backstreetboys always says it best! 🎶 ✨

#mentalhealthawarenessmonth has been an excellent reminder to keep checking in with yourself and others, make self-care a priority and to never underestimate your ability to do anything you set your mind to!!! I admit that It has taken me some time to be comfortable in my own skin, but am overall embracing all that my muscular legs do for me (⛸, 🏃🏼‍♀️, 🎿, 🚲) & maintaining overall health/ happinesses 😊💪

🏔️ Mountains, 🌊 ocean, 🎿 skis, 🏃‍♀️ running shoes, and all kinds of new adventures 😊

I’ve always loved trying new things—even when I’m a pure beginner or they don’t come easily the first 10 plus times. There’s something pretty special about being willing to try anyway. ✨

But no matter where I go or what adventure I’m trying for, I always find my way back to the ice. ⛸️

While I’m also a skier, runner, cyclist, and forever-curious adventurer of our beautiful planet 🫶 I’m always skater at heart.🩵⛸️

The dance moves on the board need some work 😂💃🏻but surfing is getting a bit easier ever time I go out on the water! Not too shabby for an athlete who loves frozen and snowy surfaces 😁. 🔜 drop the rope! 🏄🏻‍♀️🌊 by @skichellemakesmagic

I was both excited and nervous to put myself out there...

But growth begins just outside your comfort zone. ✨

I’m learning to see myself more clearly—strong 💪, worthy 🤍, and fully me. 👑

So grateful to be part of the Crowned Crew™ Affiliate Program with @crownedathletics. Going from running a 10-mile race 🏃‍♀️ to a photoshoot in Celebration/ Orlando 🏰 with so many inspiring, kind-hearted women—all in the same day—was a reminder that #StrongIsBeautiful..even if I was a little sore and tired afterward. 😅✨

Proudly repping the Precious Medals Collection. 👑

Crowned celebrates strength, movement, and individuality—and that’s exactly the energy I’m carrying forward: kindness, inclusivity, and the belief that true beauty shines from the inside out. 🤍✨

A little Disney magic 🏰, a lot of personal growth ✨, and excitement for everything that’s still to come.

This is just the beginning. 👑💫

❤️ Seeing Red (In the Best Way)❤️

Red is for courage,
For dreams taking flight.
For showing up boldly,
And shining your light.

It’s the spark before sunrise,
The fire inside,
The confidence growing
With every new stride.

It’s strong without shouting,
Brave without fear,
A reminder to chase
What matters most here.

So today, I’m choosing red—
Not just for the color I wear,
But for the passion, strength, and joy
I hope to share everywhere. ❤️✨

Because sometimes all it takes is one bold color
To remind you how powerful you already are.

✨ Somewhere between the castle 🏰, the music on Main Street 🎵, and that first attraction of the day 🎢… I always find a little extra magic.

Disney has been part of some of my happiest memories, and every visit reminds me that it’s okay to dream big, laugh often, and never lose your sense of wonder.

For me, the magic has always been about more than the rides. It’s found in the little details, the nostalgic moments, the hidden gems, and the memories that stay with you long after you’ve left the parks.

I’m so excited to share those moments with you—from new adventures and timeless favorites to the little touches that make Disney feel like home.

I’m so happy you’re here. 💙🏰✨

My heart is so full. 💛✨
Thank you to everyone who took the time to wish me a happy birthday, send a message, call, or celebrate with me. Your kindness truly means more than you know, and I feel so grateful for all of the love of those near and far.
I have a feeling this next chapter has a little extra pixie dust sprinkled throughout it. ✨ Love, magic, and beautiful new memories are waiting just around the corner.💖
Cheers to another year of adventures, laughter, and finding a little magic in the everyday moments. 💫
