Kind of chic to to find community where you least expect it ✨

As always, I’m so grateful to be a part of the @crownedathletics crew! It’s incredible to have something as full of joy, sparkle, and positivity as Crowned Athletics is. Through Crowned, I’ve felt confident and comfortable doing things that once took me out of my comfort zone. After doing the Springtime Surprise photoshoot, I’ve found friends who cheer me on both near and far, and who celebrate the sparkle in everyday life.

Keep wearing your crown with pride 👑

In April 2026 I was honored to be part of the Springtime @crownedathletics photoshoot. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company, @kirstenhalik has designed her pieces to make everyone feel beautiful. Not only are they stunning, but so comfortable, I’ve completed the 2025 Wine & Dine half marathon and 2026 Gate River Run 15k in her outfits.
@smophotographyllc captured these incredible moments of us with Kirsten and her team. We had such a fabulous time together.
This is why I love runDisney and Crowned Athletics, we all formed a friendship that day, where we continue to support each other, and help each other shine.
For this shoot, I definitely stepped out of my comfort zone. Shaina captured my personality perfectly, from my signature post race pose showing off my 2021 ankle surgery scar, to laughing with my new friends, I was happy to be a part of such an uplifting and inspiring experience.
I hope to get the opportunity to do this again, it was a magical experience!

The lovely wedding of my cousin Katie and Steven. A redwood backdrop, beautiful Northern California weather, the most wonderful people, bangers from Kesha & Pitbull, and the most random dive bar after party. ‘Twas a tremendous celebration for two tremendous people.

🌟 Team Toyota! 🚗💨
What a week it's been! Teaming up with Toyota has taken me on an incredible journey. First stop, San Diego, where we celebrated the strength and determination of athletes with disabilities at the Challenged Athletes Foundation event. Witnessing their resilience was truly inspiring.

Then, we jetted off to Ojai, California, for a couple of nights with ESPNW. Onstage, we opened up about personal journeys and the power of vulnerability.

But the highlight of the week was honoring two remarkable women, Mechelle and Peggy, with the Toyota Everyday Hero award. They're making a profound impact in their communities, and Toyota surprised them with $15,000 each to support their incredible work.

Gratitude fills my heart.

With appreciation #ToyotaPartner

PS Peggy I could not tag you. I don’t have your social media 😔

When it is more than 100 degrees for days and days, the only answer is the river. I’m having a lot of fun with this new pack-raft habit and friends, even if I wish the water were higher. As long as it’s 300 cfs or above on the Weeb, I’m going! #packrafting #adaptiveathlete #weberriver On the Weber River, Santi, Andrew and Michelle smile for the camera while floating in their watercraft. Green mountains are in the background.

@johnjohndrums comes to Colorado pt 2...

Went to Breck to link up with @justyna_skalski and Danny and we shredded as a full Yonkers crew.

Tried going to Eldora but found out we got evicted(long story) and had to turn around and find a new place to crash.

Went to Winter Park and met up with the Bueti crew and got to hike the Curque.

And probably the most fun we had all week was linking up with @derekellefsen, @kristenreutter, @laportasupporta, and @gribochka and attending our official first live sporting event in over a year. The Rockies might have lost but Bauer eventually got rocked and we got to see the #rallycat!

Planning a trip to Austria (theoretically, hopefully, maybe, please let travel be a thing again) this December, and found this in a book on Salzburg I purchased the last time I was there!
