TASCA WITH FRIENDS!This Burns, we have invited friend and pastry legend @skimmedmilk to join @chefjoshdallaway in the @giaccos_ldn kitchen to cook up a Scottish feast with a twist 🇵🇹 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Emily grew up in West Scotland, where her love of all things sweet first began. She has worked in some of London’s top restaurants before later becoming Head of Pastry at KOL. Emily now leads the pastry team at Morchella, where she has created many of the restaurant’s iconic seasonal desserts, including our fave, the chocolate tart!Blurring the lines between Iberian and Scottish dishes and produce, Emily and Josh have curated a banger of a four-course menu, served family-style across two sittings.
