Our story starts in Brunswick, where we’re opening Australia’s first 24/7 women's-only Pilates studio and matcha café. SKLPT was created as a sanctuary for every woman, at every fitness level, to move, connect and feel supported, physically and mentally.

We are a judgement-free zone that puts community first, from shared classes to genuine connection.

At the centre of it all is By/Sklpt, our in-house matcha café that brings our philosophy into everyday rituals and mindful moments.

Together, SKLPT and By/Sklpt aren’t just a studio, they’re a movement for women
