Such an awesome day today!!

I got to hang with my friends @_mariahaze_ (yes we were twinning) & @malral3s, as for me it's my 2nd year in a row attending the @levitatemusicfestival and I cannot wait to go back next year to do it again with these two!

Keeping it real - I'm struggling with self-worth. Half the battle is being aware, right?

I want certain things to manifest and to happen so bad that I know I'm creating resistance and in turn I'm feeling defeated. I'm feeling like I'm the problem, and yes, I sort of am.

Because I'm not secure enough or trusting in my own knowing (or that I'm questioning my intuition) and I am not level with my emotions - so we wait. I sit in limbo until I can fully shift out of this lack of self-worth. Until I stop putting my validation into other people, places, and things. Until I realize I have everything I'll ever need already inside of me, nothing will move. I don't need anyone else to tell me or give me anything, but believing it is the hardest part.

I sit here in my space, in solitude with the hopes to gain clarity, respite, and hopefully shift my energy.

I'm so so so very mentally exhausted.
Something has to give and I know I need to bring it back to myself.

This is the best feeling, even when Doug (one of the office dogs) isn't even my own dog. I was giving him Reiki for the 10ish mins he was snuggling with me today, and he didn't seem to mind. I love this little dog so much. 💚

From Sunday 6.21.2026

This past Sunday, I decided to wear a dress bc it was going to be hot, and I sorta wanted to be comfortable. Granted, I haven't really worn many dresses in the past 3 years as a rebellion against previously being told I should wear them. 🙄 Now, I am trying to reclaim that dress energy as my own.

On Sunday, surprisingly, I got complimented by two random people, one for my tattoo and the other for my dress. I was sort of taken aback that anyone even noticed me outside of my peeps that I was with and let alone that anyone would want to give me a compliment, as I'm usually one to give someone else a random compliment (bc I genuinely want to spread kindness to others).

I look at this photo, and I'm dissecting it with all of the things I do not like about my face or my body, and yes, I know I am very mean to myself lately. Trauma can do a huge # on your self-worth, I know as I'm trying to shift that mean (to myself) narrative.

Here's to trying to love myself more, trying to change the way I view and talk to myself and continuing trying to be a good person.

We did the most summer thing yesterday and went strawberry picking! I found this farm via a post on FB and we decided to go on a whim, unlike a bunch of other things we planned out for the remainder of this year.

I am so thankful to have friends and a mom who want to go do the fun shit with me, even though I would also be perfectly happy to do them solo too. Life should be about doing the things you love, that bring you joy and sharing those experiences with the people you care about.
