Getting ready to ride in under a minute? I think that’s a record for me. 😉

And this is why I don’t like trail running alone. Because seeing a bear or a cougar with a friend would make the experience far more enjoyable. 😂🫣

How was your weekend? Here’s what we got up to. Crossing our fingers for some more perfect fall evenings out. 🤞🏼

And yes, we pull our trailer with carbon bikes. It’s all we have. 😂🤷🏽‍♀️

Going from being one of the best full-time pro triathletes in the world to a full-time mom has been a massive change.

I’ve had to get really honest with myself about what matters most to me each day. Through it all, I’ve learned I can still find my own peace, while remaining an athlete and being the kind of mom I want to be.

It looks (and pays 😂) different, but you can’t put a price on your own peace! ✌🏼

Getting out of the house makes my world go round! Getting a few new @buff.beautyco products while out at @target is even better. 💅🏽

I will continue to be overly ambitious, and I will continue to be humbled by motherhood. 😂

Colors are a changing, and in case you’re wondering, the bike is the best seat in the house for seeing the leaves! 😉🍂

Video is from September 12 in the mountains outside of Salt Lake City.

New fear unlocked. 😂

Glad there was time and space to get out of the way!! 😅 Still having so much fun doing something new, and proud of myself for getting out and practicing so I feel more comfortable on dirt. 💃🏽

Sharing some more insights from my breastfeeding journey, for those that have asked more questions about how I managed training and breastfeeding. 🫶🏼

I was training 15-20hrs a week once I started back on a proper training program, and was able to keep up my milk supply! It can be done!!

Let me know if you have any other questions. 💜
