Took a few weeks away from social media on a fast to realign on some personal areas where I need to grow deeper, one of those including my personal need to draw closer to God’s presence more consistently each day. I’ve stayed locked in on training, but just haven’t recorded lately. Feeling like I’m in a space to jump back into creating content with more intentionality.

I appreciate and thank everyone who has reached out to me with support and encouragement over the last few months to keep creating in this space. I’m inspired that you’ve been inspired by me just putting the work out there. Looking forward to cooking up some new work and build upon what’s been established. #hybridathlete #activefaith #fitness #earlydad taken in The Yard Gym Bentonville by @sl_foster
