Dudes, find other men that push you physically, mentally, and spiritually. Having others to hold you accountable and compete with undoubtedly unlocks another level.

Thankful I’ve found an awesome group that continues to push me to become better in every aspect of life.

“Encourage one another and build each other up” - 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Surround yourself with like minded people. It makes easier to build something great.

As often as this verse is used, it still rings true
“As Iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpen another.” - Proverbs 27:17

Find some dads who make you want to level up.

Lift together. Run together. Talk a little trash. Be done before breakfast. 🤝

/// Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.

10 miles before 7 a.m coming off a 40 mile run week 🤘🏼

Grateful for a crew of dads who make showing up early the easy choice. Building something special with group of dads that keeps showing up to get better.
