A few of my favorite marks, going way backšŸ–‹ļø I dug through archives of dozens and dozens of logos. Itā€™s a beautiful thing seeing the growth of deeper strategy and curiosity behind my work. Forever learning, evolving, and creating is the only way to liveāœØ And Iā€™m doing exactly that! Post inspired by @logoarchive and their passion for sharing beautiful logos from the past, present, and futureāœŒļø Thank you for the wonderful curation youā€™ve done allowing myself and many other designers to be endlessly inspired. cc @logoarchive.now taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @slatesimmonds

I moved. To Amsterdam. Quietly. Didnā€™t tell many people and somehow, Iā€™ve never felt lighter. šŸ‘‰Hereā€™s whatā€™s next: ā€¢Stay calm the art vending machines are staying in Richmond šŸ¤ ā€¢Disco Bunny is evolving beautifully. šŸ‘‰This has been in the works. ā€¢Behind the scenes, weā€™ve been testing systems, building processes, and setting things up so everything can run smoothly even from abroad. Same heart. Same mission. Just bigger reach šŸ‡³šŸ‡±šŸŽØāœØ As for me personally? I donā€™t fully know whatā€™s next but Iā€™m really excited to take you along as I find out. šŸ’¼ I left my corporate design job of 5+ years. šŸš— Sold my car. šŸ” We sold our home šŸ“¦ Sold nearly everything in that home. And now we wake up happy and feel safe. If youā€™re in the U.S. and need resources, support, or even just want to talk about leaving, Iā€™m here. Truly. I love you. Stay safe šŸ¤ taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @slatesimmonds

This is not a pivot. This is an arrival. Half a decade at PrettyLitter. A full decade of independent work. All of it leading here. Cubicleā„¢ is open. An independent brand design practice for responsible organizations building a more inclusive and equitable world. Every design decision either reinforces inequity or helps dismantle it. Our work is committed to the latter. If youā€™re building a socially responsible startup and a brand worth believing in, Iā€™d love to connect. āœŒšŸŒ± taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @slatesimmonds
