Alhamdulilah paid off $147,575.05 in 2 years 11 month 17 days approximately 3 years! More than 80% of my income went straight toward paying off my student debt. When I accepted a job in Yuma, Arizona recently at an acute care hospital I received a $20,000 sign-on bonus and three months of free rent. Every dollar of that amount went toward eliminating student debt.
For the past three years, I haven’t bought a fancy car, taken a vacation, (except for going to Umrah) or purchased a house. Not because I couldn’t but because I chose financial discipline over temporary comfort.

In Islam, debt is not something to be taken lightly. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ emphasized the seriousness of fulfilling our financial obligations and encouraged us to repay what we owe. Peace of mind is worth more than possessions.

I’d rather make sacrifices today than carry the weight of unnecessary debt tomorrow. Luxury can wait. Financial freedom, integrity, and barakah are the priorities. Sometimes the greatest flex isn’t what you buy its what you no longer owe. 💸🤲 #studentdebt #nelnet #ptdebt #finacialfreedom by @slave2the.most.gracious

A landlord in Surrey, BC has been arrested by Canadian police following allegations of abusing, threatening, harassing, and assaulting a tenant. A reminder that no one is above the law, regardless of status or position. ⚖️

🚨FORENSIC INVESTIGATION INTO HIND RAJAB CASE

A forensic investigation into the killing of six-year-old Hind Rajab and her family has reportedly found that their vehicle was struck by 355 bullets, raising serious questions about how the children inside could have gone unnoticed.

The investigation also concluded that an Israeli tank fired on the ambulance sent to rescue Hind, killing two paramedics who were reportedly just 50 metres from the vehicle.

The findings have renewed calls for accountability and an independent investigation into the deaths. #hindrajab #israel #anakasparian #fyp #feed by @slave2the.most.gracious

This restaurant banned customers from one country ❌

Welcome to @punpunthaifood on Koh Phangan. The food is incredible, but it’s his decision to ban Israeli tourists that’s got the whole island talking.

It’s part of a bigger “Save Koh Phangan” movement, locals are pushing back against months of reported bad behaviour: Add growing concern about the environmental strain of mass tourism on a small island that was never built for these numbers, and you start to understand why local business owners are drawing a line. by @slave2the.most.gracious
