Hello, I am Shinarah Le Blancq 🤍

I would like to introduce myself as your Mat, Chair, Cadillac and Reformer Pilates Instructor! With a background in artistic gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading, I bring a focus on precision and quality of movement to our practice.

As a fully qualified personal trainer, and a dedicated educator with a decade of experience teaching Sport and PE, I have had the privilege of seeing firsthand how empowering physical movement can be for all. My mission is to help you discover a love for exercise that transforms both your physical and mental health.

I am very excited to embark on this journey with you, developing strength, flexibility, and confidence through Pilates.

✨ ONE YEAR of teaching Reformer Pilates @riseandreformuk ✨

Today marks exactly one year since I taught my first class, I have absolutely loved every minute of stretching, learning and building alongside all of my lovely clients at Rise & Reform 💙

I am so grateful for every person who has attended class, trusted me, challenged themselves, and above all kept coming back week after week. Your support, energy and encouragement mean more than you know🫶🏼

One year in and I am still learning, still loving every class, and still feeling so appreciative of how far this little journey has come 🥹

Thank you for all your support, even when I make you pulse and hold for a lifetime. Here’s to the next year of stretch, learn & build!🤎
