Published in AD Poland this week! Thank you to @allisonthompsoninteriors for bringing me on this photoshoot. The curation of art and stone in this sun filled LA home is a hillside beauty and space for contemplation. Thank you Barbara Ruppel and @archdigestpolska. by @slh_studio

The softest of light is like a warm hug. Early morning @casa_modesta. This family home passed down from grandparents, redesigned by the sister (architect) and brother is full of love and sense of place. 📸 by Sylvia Hardy #casamodesta #algarve #archilovers taken in Olhão, Algarve by @slh_studio

From the hills of San Francisco to Cabo. It’s not all just photographic camera work - I bring trusted crew for drone and cinematic motion when the site and the project asks for it. 🎬 by @slh_studio

Photographing this 1948 John Elgin Woolf home on Queens Road was one of my first photoshoots this year. As soon as I walked in I could feel the house’s rich history and the owner’s, Carly Knight-Singer’s, love for balancing her contemporary world and art collection with the house’s history. Thank you, @elledecorationmiddleeast, for the beautiful feature in your September issue with a story by Maria Aziz Nahas. Thank you @allisonthompsoninteriors interiors for trusting my eye to document this architectural restoration and interior design project. by @slh_studio

Fell in love with this Spanish island off the coast of Africa. Its colors, textures, weather, and light were more than I could ask for. A place to slow down the mind, face the wind, and test the adventurous spirit. Grateful to call this planet home. Lanzarote 🖤 taken in Lanzarote by @slh_studio

This first image was taken at high noon. The earthy hue of the drapes filtered the light reflected off the pool in a surreal dream like way, perfect for an afternoon nap. The interiors by @allisonthompsoninteriors allow the homeowner’s art collection to anchor the space and honor the legacy of architect John Elgin Woolf as this was one of his personal homes. taken in Hollywood - Los Angeles by @slh_studio
