MEET THE COACH. 🥊

Micquel Bernier. Born in New Jersey, fighting out of New York City.
7 amateur fights. 5 wins by stoppage. 7 years fighting and coaching. Founder of Stable House.

An outside fighter built on distance, timing, power, and counterpunching. He coaches the same way: technical, hands-on, and to the person in front of him. You’ll learn why something works, not just the combination.

Micquel is one of the coaches teaching our launch class at GANG UP Boxing Gym. Now bookable on Clinch.

Find Micquel on Clinch. Link in bio. 🥊🔥

The biggest trap 🪤 people fall into is thinking 🧠 they need to be good at boxing 🥊 before they even start.

You don’t need to chase 🏃🏾‍♂️💨 perfection, you just need to build consistency. The best way to get better at this craft is simply to do it more often.

We don’t care about mistakes out here, drop the intimidation, show up with high intent, and let the us handle the rest. 🫡
