National Coaches Day may have passed, but my appreciation isn’t limited to one day.

Coaching is more than the wins, standings, or moments people see.

It’s the preparation, patience, difficult conversations, and consistent investment in someone else’s growth.

The impact these coaches leave isn’t measured on the scoreboard, it’s reflected in the people athletes become.

These are the coaches I’ve come across and had the privilege to share the field with, work along or have chatted about the our mission and values within the work…

THANK YOU for continuing to show up, challenge, support, and believe in your athletes!

These coaches are incredible at what they do:

Your work matters!

Sunday was a sold-out, sweat-soaked, high-energy launch event and we couldn’t have asked for a better room. Huge thank you to everyone who came through and to @boxclubnyc for hosting.

Rounds were put in, new connections were made, and the room had an energy we’re going to be chasing for a while.

This is just the first one. More events are coming across every combat sport on Clinch: boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA, and beyond.

MEET THE COACH. 🥊

Micquel Bernier. Born in New Jersey, fighting out of New York City.
7 amateur fights. 5 wins by stoppage. 7 years fighting and coaching. Founder of Stable House.

An outside fighter built on distance, timing, power, and counterpunching. He coaches the same way: technical, hands-on, and to the person in front of him. You’ll learn why something works, not just the combination.

Micquel is one of the coaches teaching our launch class at GANG UP Boxing Gym. Now bookable on Clinch.

Shoutout to Stable House Boxing Club NYC and my twin cousins for building something truly special. Their club is rooted in discipline, community, confidence, and growth.

I had to wear the Stable House tee with the HIIT SKIP FITNESS utility joggers and make it a family affair. 💪🏾 The quality, comfort, and style are unmatched.

Show them some love and visit the Stable House Boxing Club website at www.stablehousenyc.com to learn more and support what they’re building.

Proud of y’all. Keep building. 🖤

Last Sunday at Pier 46 🥊🥯

BOXCLUB teamed up with Cut Fruit and @popupbagels for a morning of boxing, bagels, and fresh fruit by the Hudson.

A special thank you to @kristiehoang for helping bring this one to life. BOXCLUB was honored to make some new friends and share a Sunday morning with an amazing community.

The sport doesn’t lie to you ⚔️

Boxing breaks hearts and builds people. It strips away the noise, humbles your ego, and forces absolute presence on the turf.

Week 10/20 NYC Marathon Training ✅

I can’t believe I’m halfway through the program. If you asked me five years ago if I would be spending summer 2026 like this, I would’ve laughed in your face. Crazy how time passes, your ideas of what you can accomplish change, and your habits make it happen. Never discount future you. Get ready, November 1, I’m coming for ya.

I was a little too present in my life this and forgot to capture content. Still enjoying sharing glimpses of the experience with you all.
