It’s almost a crime to go so long between hair appts ✨Especially when your stylist is the best in the business ✨

I haven’t posted a squat since I was on the @upa_events_ platform in March. They’ve always just been kind of a boring constant for me. Tonight actually got me excited about them again. 2 rep PRs at the beginning of a prep? Please and thank you!

Waking for the sunrise, chasing the sunset, marveling at the stars, messages in bottles, secret wishes and rainbows in the flames. I’m eternally blessed for these people and the joy they bring me. I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate this next chapter 🫶🏼 by @slo__mama

Art blessed by Beltane 🌙 @artist.aimee.tattoos brings her beautiful, delicate, intention filled touch once again 🩶
A sprig of bittersweet, well loved by the Kane family, a sweet little Nana hummingbird and unbeknownst to me-added by Aimee- a shining star, I like to think is grandpa watching over her

These are the things ‘off season’ is made for 🥹
Last time (and really only time) I trained pull-ups I achieved 10 unbroken at 135 literally the day before my colectomy
Today, further away from 135 than I’ve ever been, I lat pulled 80% of that for 12… maybe I should play with pull ups here again soon 🥹

The sights & sounds of the final @2026womensproam. Team @jebens.plc.official came in like a fright train 😉 Hands down one of the most well run events I’ve ever seen. Would anyone expect less from @queenbeepower!?
I’m blessed to have the friends and teammates I have and honored to have witnessed you wreck it on the platform. I’m so very proud of you all @mollydeads @nacho_avg_mex3 @sierrashaffer.18 @brylye.manes21. My forever wingwoman @gingersnaps09 busting her ass and the 2 brave fellas on this crazy train Zach and Scott
