I was defeated by Squats and Bench Press today, so my end goal of an 833# total fell out of reach. But this group of people pulled me out of that sad place and reminded me what it's all about. Came back for 3/3 on deadlifts today hitting a new lifetime PR of 165kg (~363.8#). Huge thank you to @545gunny for handling the team
@molamha @abehnkelat for being amazing teammates and my support system
@silojim for coaching and prepping me for the platform.
22nd Street Barbell and the USPA judges for putting on an amazingly well run event.
And everyone who came out and cheered us on, our cheering section was huge ❤

Gear check ✔️weigh in ✔️When I weigh in 5 lbs under where I need to be, that means I get more food, right? The butternut squash hash was amazing, but I think I'm more excited for the cinnamon roll pancakes (not pictured) Now it's time to refuel, rest, and get ready to lift heavy shit tomorrow with @silojim @molamha & @gingersnaps09. #powerliftingwomen #uspa #quadcityfitexpo #givemeallthefood

After a few setbacks the last few months, finally pulled 320 again. Can't thank @gingersnaps09 and @molamha for being my support system in the gym and @koppie64 for the support in every aspect of my life, especially as of late. And to @silojim for the kick ass programming. 8 weeks out from meet day. Let's. What do you do when you suddenly have a Saturday free because your lacrosse scrimmage was postponed? Why not a push/pull meet supporting a lockup high school's powerlifting club? And cut 6 lbs in about 20 hours. But I got to lift with some pretty kick-ass people with pretty much the best coach in the world. Going 6/6 with a 10 lb meet PR on my bench (115) and a 5 lb lifetime PR on my deadlift (320) with lots more in the tank was pretty awesome, too. And winning the 148 weight class. Seriously guys, this powerlifting stuff is pretty cool. #silostrengthsystems #powerliftingwomen #girlswhopowerlift
