How to run a half marathon:
- turn 30 and experience that cool knee pain
- get surgery in the middle of training and take a month off
- have the most supportive friends you could ever dream of 🥹 & turn it into a city weekend 🗽
- wear glitter freckles bc running needs whimsy
- say you’ll never sign up again knowing full well you’ll probably run again next year by @sloanedakota

A week late to a week recap 🤪 but what a good week it was. Another favorite seen live and another year at the sheep & wool festival. I love you October. 🥹 taken in Hudson Valley, NY by @sloanedakota

In 2023 my photography career went side hustle, and honestly I’ve never felt better. After years of burning myself out on a freelance lifestyle, it’s time to get paid every other Friday for a little while. I’m still working in all aspects of photography (yes including a wedding or two 👀), but in 2024 we’re being selective and we’re prioritizing what matters most. taken in Hudson Valley, NY by @sloanedakota
