Last week we hosted two Farm to Table dinners as a part of @wellyonplate - a Field to Feast experience with delicious kai created by garden/chef master @slugbuffet, with a real focus on local food. All veges and meat came from the farm, and most of the additional ingredients provided by local suppliers.

The two sold-out evenings took a journey through connection, story, and education as people sat, ate delicious kai, learned about where it came from, all the while serenaded by the sweet music of @casual_healing. The feedback was exceptional, and we're excited about expanding into new dining possibilities at the farm.

Our beloved radish microgreens are now certified organic through @organic_farm_nz - a big milestone for the farm as it's our first organic certification. A big thank you to Cam and Tyler for seeding and nurturing these little ones, and the certification process.

Small veges, big standards. Grown in living certified-organic soil and harvested just across the paddock from the Farm Shop / Kete Kai.

Wellington on a Plate is coming to Mangaroa Farms, and tickets are now live 👨‍🌾 we've got two special nights lined up with our Field to Feast dinner, and we're excited to welcome our guests into it. Delicious kai provided by the land, prepared with love by @tyler_langerveld and serenaded by music and poetry from @casual_healing. It's gonna be a good one 🌱

Our recent Farm to Table dinner was a hit - delicious kai provided by our mate @tjstarling , with support from @tyler_langerveld @slugbuffet

Fresh lamb rack, broccoli literally harvested that day from about 20m away, and a gorgeous sunset to round off the day. Looking forward to more of these when the season is right - stay tuned on our newsletter for more.
