planted juicery had her grand opening today! She’s a cutie little spot under beautiful oak trees in the heart of Amelia Island, serving up incredibly fresh and oh-so yummy juices, smoothies, and bowls. There’s no skimping on ingredients either. My bowl was brimming with matcha, coconut cream, granola, ripe strawberries, kiwi and banana. *chef’s kiss* 10/10 highly recommend. taken in Amelia Island,Florida by @slvb

The night before our flight home from Denver, I convinced the family to wake up at 3:30 AM and drive 45 minutes back to Red Rocks to catch the sunrise. We knew we’d be tired. We also knew it would be worth it.

If you know me, you know I never pass up a sunrise. But this one? This was one of the coolest sunrises I’ve ever experienced.

Here are some of my favorite moments from Flipturn’s Red Rocks show.

Slide 8 may not seem like a significant photo at first glance. But that black drum case with “DVB” on it? We got that case secondhand when Devon was getting tour-ready for his very first tour with at 18 years old. My mom helped him stencil his initials onto those drum cases in our driveway while he was just getting started.

That same case has now toured the country with Dev countless times. But seeing it sitting on the stage at a SOLD OUT Red Rocks brought me to tears. Such a full-circle moment on a night filled with dreams coming true at one of the most iconic venues in the world.

I’m just so proud of Devon, so proud of Flipturn, and so incredibly thankful to witness it all happening in real time. by @slvb

There’s no way to put into words what it feels like to watch your son play a sold out show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre surrounded by friends and family and 10,000 other fans. It was unforgettable.

Dead Horse Point left us speechless. The kind of jaw-dropping beauty that stretches farther than your eyes can even take in. The sunset felt completely otherworldly over the layers of canyon. And when the sun disappeared, we stayed for the dark sky. No light pollution, just ton of stars. Vacation Part 1: we started in Salt Lake City where we went to all 3 days of Kilby Block Party. We got sunburned one day and rained on in the cold the next. We saw so many great bands- Alex G, Briston Maroney, Turnstile, Modest Mouse, Haley Williams (her first festival as herself without Paramore) and of course, Flipturn. And btw, @taypaulneal had the mix dialed in to perfection. It sounded better than Haley’s set by a lot. We had so much fun during our 4 days in Salt Lake City! More to come. by @slvb

$Here’s to my mama. Happy Mother’s Day 🤍 She taught me how to love by embodying it. When I was little, she was always there- loving fully, correcting gently, and cheering me on through every stage of life. She made home feel safe, steady, and full of grace. As I grew older, nothing changed. She became my soft place to land, the voice that never judged, and still my biggest cheerleader. Now, as a mother of adult children myself, I understand even more deeply what a gift that kind of love is. To be loved consistently, gently, and wholeheartedly by your mother is one of life’s greatest blessings. I can only hope to give my children even a fraction of what she gave me.
