We’re popping up at the Portland Craft Chocolate Festival this weekend alongside an incredible group of chocolate makers + local makers, and of course we had to make something special for it.

We had a lovely visit with our friends at Ranger Chocolate Co. and purchased a big box of their 70% Nord chocolate and made 2 special cookies featuring it:

🍪 Tahini Chocolate Chip
🍪 Chocolate Hazelnut Shortbread

Both were made just for PDXCCF and will be available at our booth this weekend.

October 3–4 • 11am–5pm • Olympic Mills Building • Portland

Come eat a truly unreasonable amount of chocolate with us. ❤️

What we’re doing with all these apples🍎

Made with @kiyokawafamilyorchards apples, warm spices and a light cinnamon glaze.

These will stay on the menu all fall, along with pumpkin bread, caramel-filled apple cider donuts & pumpkin coffee 🎃

This weekend only we’ll have a fig, hot honey and goat cheese focaccia as well as a mushroom (@brownbottlefarm) caramelized onion and ricotta focaccia.

Even more fall themed treats will be arriving at the bakery soon!

Specials this weekend featuring tons of local produce and grains from Oregon 🍅🌽🌾🫐🍑

This week and next at the bakery we’ll have these incredible caprese sandwiches on our organic sourdough focaccia. Dry-farmed tomatoes from a micro farm in Milwaukie, mozzarella, fresh basil from @sunlovefarm, sea salt, good olive oil + balsamic reduction.

If you’ve never tried a dry-farmed tomato, you gotta get over here!

Also this weekend only: elote-inspired focaccia with sweet corn, @donfroylancreamery cotija, house-made cream sauce, cilantro + Tajín. It’s fun and delicious 🌽

And it’s the LAST weekend for Peach Fest 🍑 and blueberry muffins 💙

I gotta get to bed but I just had to jump on here and share the amazing seasonal treats we have going on this week:

🍰Cake slice: chocolate olive oil cake with raspberry buttercream and raspberry jam (ready by about 10am Thursday)

Muffin: Pluot crumble

🥪Sandwich flavors: Turkey, ham or chickpea salad on house-made focaccia with farmers market veggies, Dijon aioli & cheese
