Meet the team 🙂🙃We are a women-owned design studio based in Montreal. At smallmediumlarge, we work across furniture, spaces, and their in-between. With a name that reflects our expansive approach, we are driven by curiosity and shapes that matter. -From design school friends to buisness partners, everything started from a night out with enough cocktails to come up with a delusional plan: starting our own studio. 💜 The Céline Chair emerges from an exercise in geometric deconstruction and accumulation. Developed in collaboration between smallmediumlarge and @sejour.studio, this piece is composed of a series of interdependent elements that converge into a unified system.Layered and compressed, each component plays a role in the chair's structural and visual balance. The seat and base establish a sense of graphic lightness, while the outer volumes function as sculptural clamps, enclosing and stabilizing the composition.
