Galerie 6250 opened during Semaine Design de Montréal welcoming @ourse.ca. What brought us together is a shared conviction: that working with external designers is where the most interesting work begins. Suspended paper partitions transformed the gallery into a labyrinth of discovery, where each turn brought light and furniture into a new conversation.

La Galerie 6250 s’est ouverte durant la Semaine Design de Montréal en accueillant @ourse.ca . Une conviction partagée nous a réunis : c’est dans la collaboration avec des designers externes que naît le travail le plus intéressant. Des cloisons de papier en suspension ont transformé la galerie en labyrinthe de découverte – chaque tournant engageait la lumière et le mobilier dans une nouvelle conversation.

@afternoonlight returns for NYCxDESIGN 2026, taking over two floors of @wsanyc at 161 Water Street — the former AIG tower the New York Times recently called the city’s first “It” building.

Founded by Shoppe Object alums Deirdre Maloney and Minya Quirk.

Open to the public May 17–19.
