If you want to grow or reduce hair thinning this is what you should focus on ⬇️

1️⃣ Reduce hair tension or pulling.

Avoid getting braids, specifically, corn rolls. Typically when you get cornrows, the person braiding is pulling your hair tightly starting from the hairline. Overtime, too much tension on the hairline will cause the hair to rip itself out, causing thinning in certain areas. This goes the same for locs. After a while when your locks get too long and too heavy, they start to pull itself out. To avoid this periodically cut your locs so they are not too heavy.

2️⃣ Use minoxidil.

Minoxidil and finasteride are the only two hair growth products that were taught to barbers in barber school to use. These products are proven work after 3 to 6 months of using.

I would not recommend finasteride as it does mess with your sexual function. These products only work if there is still a hair follicle left. If you are bald, and there is no hair follicles, these products will not work.

3️⃣ Blood flow.

To increase blood flow, you must exercise and reduce unhealthy foods in your diet. What this does is increase lymph flow with the possibility of growing healthier hair. This is not guaranteed, but it does not hurt to try.

Any other products that are being advertised that does not say they have minoxidil or finasteride are not to be trusted 100%.

Was it helpful???😁👍
