One of my absolute favorite nights of the year!

The Trick-or-Treat Trail hosted by @boontonrec, Boonton PBA 212, and the @boontonfd is always one of my favorite traditions. It was cold, and we went through A LOT of candy, but this event officially kicks off the holiday season for me, and I look forward to it every year!

I also got to spend the night with some of the BEST people who go above and beyond for our town. I’m so grateful to be surrounded by such an incredible crew who show up, give back, and make Boonton such a special place to call home.

Nothing beats community, a little Halloween magic, and good people coming together for our town!

Hey neighbors! After Halloween, please consider donating your unpainted, untreated pumpkins to a good cause 🎃!

Our friends at Brookhollow’s Barnyard will use them to feed the animals🐷🐓 and make compost!

From Nov. 2-16th, you can drop off your pumpkins at the Town’s DPW yard:

Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Need assistance? Message us, and we can help!

Did you spot BOONTON on @crystallakeseries last night on @peacock?

Our little town has made its way onto the screen, and if you watched, you might have recognized a familiar locations!

Crystal Lanes was filmed inside the members’ lounge of our very own Boonton Elks Lodge #1405 on Cornelia Street!

Trudy’s Diner featured an interior filmed at 314 Main Street, right here in Boonton!

The Sheriff’s House was filmed at a private residence.

I put together a little side-by-side comparison so you can see the bowling alley and how it looks in real life!

As for the show itself? It’s gory, funny, and full of nods to the original film. And Linda Cardellini? Such a babe and such a badass!

I’m looking forward to watching the entire series, especially knowing that Boonton was part of the production. We love seeing our town’s unique spaces and character become part of a bigger story.

Hey everyone👋🏻! Our Fall town-wide clean-up will be Saturday, November 7th, from 9 AM-12 PM!

Help us keep Boonton beautiful! Let’s show our community that a little time and teamwork make a huge difference. 💚

We're teaming up with Boonton Main Street, and our friends at Bear Minimum have something special planned for volunteers.

📍Check-in locations:
The Gazebo at Grace Lord Park
or
Main Street (in front of the library)

Check-in starts at 9 AM with a safety demo and supply pickup. We’ll also have a map of cleanup zones around town that need attention. 🗺️Volunteers will get a free high-visibility “clean up crew shit” while supplies last.

At noon, we’ll celebrate our hard work with sandwiches at the gazebo.

Whether you can spare 30 minutes or the whole morning, every little bit helps! 🙌

Lomotion Live is thrilled to announce the cast of Etiquette, coming to the stage this November!

It’s Fall 2021, and the Cellar Theatre is back in production after a year of Zoom programming. When Lauren Ellis, the lead actress in the company’s production of the American classic Midnight Cicadas, catches an audience member filming the show on his phone, she strikes back by stopping the performance and refusing to continue.
The incident goes viral, earning the theatre praise for standing up for proper theatre etiquette. But when an online commenter offers a different interpretation of what happened, the praise turns sour, and the criticism comes pouring in.
Now, the overworked and underpaid staff must navigate backstage feuds, diva tantrums, illegal vaping, internet trolls, and the theatre’s own problematic history.

Sometimes a quick trip to Myrtle Beach is just what the doctor ordered. 🌴🍁

South Carolina in October is something special, and how lucky am I to get to experience it with my cousin, who is also my sister and best friend.

Truck stops, ice cream, Elks in a stick, fake hippos and goats, beach time, pool time, celebrating my aunt and uncle’s 50th wedding anniversary, LOTS of cousins, and a little true crime exploration because, well… you know me.

A little family time, a little adventure, a lot of laughs, and just enough weirdness to make it memorable. Exactly the reset I needed!

How it started… how it’s going! 🌸🌿

@tracypryer and I tried our hand at landscape design! Our town has a wonderful program where residents can adopt a spot, plant flowers, and help make our community more beautiful. We chose Grace Lord Park, and I have to say… we did GOOD!

A huge thank you to Mayor Lynch and Debbie for bringing the mulch, the planting wisdom, and helping us bring our vision to life.

We planted both annuals and perennials, and we can’t wait to see how they flourish. So proud of how it turned out! It’s come a long way, baby! 💚
