ZARA LARSSONNNNN 😭🐬💗
WHAT. A. NIGHTTTTT!!!
Our first Zara concert (her first Australian show everrr) & Lay’s very first concert EVER 🥹 & I genuinely don’t think we could’ve picked a better one!!
The vocals, the energy, the dancing, the whole damn SHOWWWW 😮‍💨🔥 an absolute QUEEN!!!
We sang our little hearts out, danced all night & had the BEST time together. 🥹

Core memories made with my favourite girl & a night we’ll be talking about for a longggg time.
We are officially even more obsessed than we already were 😂😭💗

Imagine letting the fear of what might go wrong stop you from experiencing everything that could go RIGHT. 🥹

I think one of the biggest things I’ve learnt is that you can be scared & still do the thing.

Move to the new city. Start the business. Chase the dream. Take the chance. Start again if you have to.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin.

Because imagine looking back one day & realising you never even gave yourself the opportunity to find out what was possible.

Life is far too short for that. 😌

Almost 20 years between these two photos.🥹🤍

We met when we were 16. Became close, our families became intertwined & somewhere in there were two teenagers who liked each other but never actually told each other. 😂🤦🏽‍♀️
Then life took us in completely different directions.

We grew up. We became parents. We loved, we lost, we changed, we learnt & we lived entirely separate lives. Life happened exactly as it was meant to for both of us, with no idea that our paths would ever meet like this again.

& somehow, nearly 20 years later, we found ourselves getting to know each other all over again. Except this time as the people all those years had shaped us into. 🥹

There’s something so surreal about knowing someone for this long & still feeling like you’re discovering them for the first time.

I think some parts of this story will always just belong to us, but this little part I’m finally ready to share. 🤍

Turns out the boy who took me to his Year 12 formal is the hand I get to hold now. 🥹

When my bestfriend Sara had Leah, I had literally just moved to Melbourne & back then it felt like I was soooo far away from them. 🥺 I always hated knowing I was missing so much of her growing up, so now any chance I get to make memories with this girl, I’m taking it. 🥹🤍

Leah: “Kas, wanna do the slingshot with me?”
Me: “Immediately yes.” 😂😭

& off we went flying into the bloody SKY in Surfers Paradise hahahahaha 😭😂
